Indoor cricket is played worldwide with Men /Women & Children.

Disability exists in four categories: physical, mental, permanent and temporary.

Our PLAYERS with a disability have gained numerous physical benefits from being physically active on a regular basis at training.

These benefits include:

  • Increased fitness and strength.
  • Allows you to focus on your abilities, not your disability.
  • Boosts energy and enhances strength to enable you to perform more tasks on your own.
  • Ability to maintain a higher level of independence, sense of  quality of life.
  • Improve self esteem and wellbeing.
  • Greater social interaction. Being active provides a friendly social outlet where people can discuss common experiences, talk about solutions to various challenges confronted.
  • Attend social events with follow players & Coaches , Parents
  • Fun and enjoyment!
